Building trust using body language
How can trust play a role in your family life?
Trust precedes love; we can only truly love someone that we can trust. Trust is something that is earned through actions. It is the sense of security that allows both parties to expose themselves fully without any judgments or fears. Trust plays an invaluable role as the child is growing up so that they don’t feel any resistance in sharing their life journeys, hesitations, etc with their parents. In a world growing more and more technical, it is essential that the core pillars of relationships stay intact, and trust plays a pivotal role here.
What is body language?
Body language, the common reference for nonverbal communication, is the way in which we convey our thoughts and feelings through different movements of our body – the way we sit, stand, express with our face, open up, close down, and lots more. Body language forms a major part of our interactions with people around us, and that is why it is important for one and all.
Benefits of this session
Here will be long term benefits that we aim to help you work towards by opening each other to showing trust using the right body language techniques
- Strengthen the understanding between parents and children
- Bridge the generation gaps occurring due to miscommunication
- Resolve conflicts peacefully and with mutual respect
What will happen in the event?
In this one hour session we will be doing lots of activities so that you and your children can explore how to show that we are open to communication with each other, invite our family into our personal space, and use trust to be able to bond strongly as a family. Since this session will be activity based, both you and your child will be getting a chance to participate in these activities. As always, the unique way in which CueKids approaches this concept would be by analysing body language and teaching you how to do the same in easy to follow simple steps.
What would be the key takeaways?
While the biggest take away would be the bond you make with your child, the artworks and assignments will also be your treasure. We assure you that! Apart from that the experience of how rewarding it is to spend quality time with your family and children would be unparalleled.
